The Ricrea Center
Ricrea Las Aguilas is a community where we live healthily and in close contact with nature. We have a farm where we produce organic food, raise animals, and produce milk that we process in our cheese laboratory. We use our organic products in our Italian and Mexican restaurant.
Those staying at the Hotel can take advantage of everything we offer at Ricrea for a relaxing and regenerating stay. In our wellness center, we offer a series of state-of-the-art treatments to help our guests relax and improve their health and well-being. Guests can enjoy the untouched nature surrounding us with various activities, whether sporting, educational, or for leisure, such as swimming in the pool, playing futsal or tennis, or simply cycling to the lake.

Italian Restaurant
Our restaurant offers an Italian menu with organic dishes prepared by chefs with over 30 years of experience. Most ingredients are produced directly by us on the farm.
Menu: Our Italian menu includes breakfast, lunch, and dinner. As we are a farmstead, our menu may vary depending on available and seasonal food and ingredients.
Hours: The restaurant is open from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM daily. The restaurant remains open after 6:00 PM exclusively for hotel guests.
Reservations: We always recommend booking or contacting us in advance, especially for large groups or if the restaurant is closed for events.
We do our best to meet our clients' needs, also offering vegetarian and gluten-free options (by reservation only).

Tai Chi - Qi Gong. This is an ancient Chinese discipline with slow and intentional movements. Through 18 figures performed with the body along with deep breathing, we achieve a profound level of relaxation and well-being.
Qi Gong (Chi Kung). Qi Gong was developed in China thousands of years ago as part of traditional Chinese medicine. We alternate between dynamic and static exercises to optimize the energy of the body, mind, and spirit, with the goal of improving and maintaining health and well-being.

Cheese Tour
Discover how milk is produced, how it is processed to create cheese, and participate in the production in our laboratory.
During the Cheese Tour you will witness the entire cheese production sequence. We begin by visiting our cows and learning how to milk. Then, we follow the milk to our Cheese laboratory where you will learn how cheese is made.
